Dressing areas and lockers—Designation (2009 FDA Food Code 6-305.11).
(1) Dressing rooms or dressing areas must be designed if employees routinely change their clothes in the establishment.
(2) Lockers or other suitable facilities must be provided for the orderly storage of employees' clothing and other possessions.
