A licensee subject to this chapter, who, under a general or specific license, transports licensed material or delivers licensed material to a carrier for transport, shall comply with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 71 Subpart G, with the quality assurance requirements of 10 C.F.R. 71 Subpart H, and with the general provisions of 10 C.F.R. 71 Subpart A.
