The licensee shall ensure:
(1) Water supply and waste disposal in each facility meet the provisions of chapter
246-290 or
246-291 WAC, whichever applies.
(2) Tempered water between one hundred and one hundred twenty degrees Fahrenheit in resident areas.
(3) Plumbing systems free of cross connections.
(4) Sewage and waste water drain into a public sewer system in compliance with applicable laws and rules, or meet the requirements of chapters
246-272 and
173-240 WAC, and local laws and rules.
