(1) The licensee must provide ventilation in all lodging units, kitchen areas, bathrooms, water closet rooms, and laundry rooms.
(2) All areas of the building must be ventilated to minimize odors and moisture. The ventilation system must be in compliance with the Washington Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code, chapter
51-13 WAC.
