(1) This chapter is authorized by RCW
43.22.420,
43.22.434 and
43.22.450 through
43.22.490, covering the construction and approval of factory-built housing and commercial structures before occupancy.
(2) This chapter applies to the approval:
(a) Of factory-built structures used for residences or commercial purposes; and
(b) After occupancy of a factory-built house or commercial structure, all inspections are done by the local enforcement agency.
