Make sure eating areas are safe and healthy.

(1) You must make sure employees are not allowed to eat and drink in:

(a) Bathrooms.

(b) Areas exposed to toxic substances.

(2) You must make sure food is not stored in bathrooms or areas exposed to toxic substances.
