(1) If a companion home provider fails to comply with any part of this chapter or the companion home contract, the provider and DDA resource management must develop a plan of correction.
(2) The plan of correction must:
(a) Outline methods for the provider to complete corrective actions; and
(b) Provide a time frame for the provider to complete the corrective actions.
