On approval of your application for independent sanitation consultant, we will send you an identification card and place your name on a list of approved independent sanitation consultants that is available on request from the department.
If we are not able to approve your application for independent sanitation consultant, we will notify you and tell you why within twenty-five working days after receiving the application.
