(1) These volunteers must meet the licensing requirements listed in this chapter, including meeting the qualifications for direct care staff and must:
(a) Be at least twenty-one years of age unless they are between eighteen and twenty-one years of age in an internship or practicum program as per WAC
388-145-1445; and
(b) Receive the facility's preservice training that addresses the needs of the population of children in care.
