The state board for community and technical colleges assumes no liability with respect to bodily injury, illness, accident, theft, or any other damages or losses concerning persons or property, or involving the applicant's equipment or vehicles. Successful applicants who are nonpublic entities shall have the responsibility of providing adequate insurance coverage to protect against legal liability arising out of activities.
