Parking permits are the property of Edmonds Community College and may be recalled by the security office for any of the following reasons:
(1) When the purpose of which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists;
(2) When a permit is used by an unregistered vehicle or by an unauthorized individual;
(3) Falsification on a parking permit application;
(4) Continued violations of parking rules;
(5) An accumulation of unpaid parking citations;
(6) Counterfeiting or altering a parking permit; or
(7) When it is in the best interest of the college.
