The university assumes no liability for bicycles or motor vehicles or their contents when such bicycles or motor vehicles are on campus. The university offers parking permits to those desiring to park on campus. A parking permit licenses the holder (licensee) to park one motor vehicle in the lot designated on the permit. The university is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of vehicle or any article left in such vehicle. A parking permit is a license to park and no bailment is created.
