Original receivers of Dungeness crab from the Pacific Ocean, Coastal Washington, Grays Harbor, Willapa Harbor, and Columbia River waters must enter the crab vessel inspection certificate number on all shellfish receiving tickets during the period specified in emergency regulations. The crab inspection certificate number must be entered legibly in the space indicated for dealer's use or where specified by the terms of an electronic fish ticket reporting agreement (WAC 220-352-035(3)).
