Unless specified, the term "state need grant" applies to both the state need grant program and the federal leveraging educational assistance partnership program. Institutions participating in the state need grant program must comply with the regulations specified in chapter
250-20 WAC and conform to all requirements of the leveraging educational assistance partnership program as specified in 34 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 692.
