If the application and other available information indicate that the requirements of this regulation are satisfied, the director or an authorized representative of the director may issue a subprevailing wage certificate. If issued, copies of the subprevailing wage certificate shall be mailed to the employer, the worker with a disability, and to the parent or guardian of the worker with a disability. If denied, the employer, the worker with a disability, and the parent or guardian of the worker with a disability shall be given written notice of the denial.
