The department of labor and industries will ensure installers comply with the requirements of RCW
43.22A.130 which requires a certified manufactured/mobile home installer to be present for each phase of the installation being performed by all members of the installation crew by:
(1) Random site inspections; and
(2) Audit of installers certification tag reports.
The certified installer must enter their Washington installer certification number on the installer tag for each element they are supervising.
