(1) Changing a marijuana license to a new location requires a change request application to the WSLCB, per the process outlined in WAC
314-55-020. WSLCB approval for change request applications must be obtained prior to any change of location of the licensed business.
(2) A change of location occurs any time a move by the licensee results in any change to the physical location address.
