The following conditions are causes for rejection of membership:
(1)
Weight related to height which is below the minimum shown in WAC
415-104-650 (Table 2);
(2)
Weight related to age and height which is in excess of the maximum shown in WAC
415-104-650 (Table 2) for all applicants.
