Eligibility for state funding assistance for new construction—Contents of survey.

The survey required in WAC 392-341-070 shall include at a minimum:

(1) A listing of contiguous school districts.

(2) Name and title of each person contacted regarding availability of facilities.

(3) A listing of available facilities including location.
