The Washington State Library Commission and the Washington Advisory
Council on Libraries (WSACL) in concert with staff from the Washington
State Library will meet to develop a state-wide plan for Washington
libraries. The purpose is to define a vision, develop strategic
directions and set priorities for libraries for the next five years.
