It has recently been brought to my attention that the rules
coordinator for the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals is
still listed as Patricia B. Latsch, Executive Secretary. Since
Ms. Latsch is no longer serving in that capacity, we would like
to request that the designee for this agency be changed to
