The board of trustees of Community College District Number Eleven (Pierce College)
would like to announce the cancellation of the regularly scheduled board of trustees meeting on
Wednesday, June 9, 1999. The board of trustees has scheduled a special board meeting on
Monday, June 7, 1999. The time and location are below. The meeting will begin with a closed
executive session to discuss personnel matters, followed by an open session. There may be
action taken after the executive session. The agenda for the meeting includes: Action Items - 1)
Board Action Exhibit Number 99-19, 2000-2001 Calendar; 2) Board Action Exhibit Number
99-20, Allocation From ASPCP Budget For Van Purchase. The board of trustees will follow
their regular agenda.
