Subject Matter: This revises the current division policy. This policy applies whenever a whistleblower (consumer, employee or health care professional) files a complaint alleging improper quality of care against a health care provider or a health care facility. This policy applies to all complaints where case management determines the name of the complainant must be released in order to investigate or take action on the complaint.

Effective Date: May 4, 1999.
