TERMINATING STATE OF EMERGENCY

I, GARY LOCKE, Governor of the state of Washington, pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, do hereby terminate the Proclamation signed April 21, 1998, which proclaimed a State of Emergency in Washington State due to an imminent danger of an infestation of the plant pest Asian gypsy moth (Lymantria dispar L.) in the northeastern portion of The Port of Tacoma and adjoining area.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the state of Washington to be affixed at Olympia, this 24th day of September, A.D., Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Nine.
