Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 74.04.050, 74.04.055, 74.04.057, 74.08.090, 74.04.510.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This revision is being done to rewrite WAC 388-472-0005 in the same writing style that will be used in new sections of this rule. The rules for necessary supplemental accommodation (NSA) are being rewritten and moved from chapter 388-200 WAC to chapter 388-472 WAC.

Process for Developing New Rule: All interested parties are invited to review and provide input on proposed draft language. Obtain draft material by contacting the identified representative.
