] Pursuant to RCW 28B.10.528, on January 24, 1986, the
board of regents passed a resolution, which delegated
authority to the president to act on behalf of the board of
regents in matters pertaining to the management of Washington
State University. This delegation included the authority to
designate subordinates with appropriate authority. I hereby designate Kirsten Pauli as rules coordinator for
the Administrative Procedure Act to appoint hearing officers,
as appropriate, to conduct hearings on administrative rules
proposed for review and adoption. This delegation of
authority continues as long as you hold the position of rules
coordinator for the Administrative Procedure Act at Washington
State University or until revoked by me.
