Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 246-915-XXX Inactive credential.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 18.74.073.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The laws relating to physical therapy allow physical therapists licensed under chapter 18.74 RCW who are not practicing physical therapy, or providing services, to place his or her license in an inactive status. Rules need to be established for maintaining an inactive status and converting from an inactive or active status.
