] The department is withdrawing the proposal for chapter 246-247 WAC, Radioactive air emissions, which was filed on
July 21, 2003, as WSR 03-15-104. The proposal updated
references to national standards for monitoring emissions of
airborne radioactivity from nuclear facilities. This change
is necessary to conform with EPA rules. The department will
rework the proposal based on comments that were raised during
the public comment period. Individuals requiring information on this rule should
