Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: We have received a petition for rule change from Ronnie Strong of the Charitable Nonprofit Voice requesting that Event Pull-Tab Series be renamed to Event Bingo Tickets.
Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
