     Purpose: The Department of Social and Health Services' Economic Services Administration (ESA) is repealing all sections of chapter 388-155 WAC, Minimum licensing requirements for family home child care, with the exception of WAC 388-155-080, and replace the repealed sections with new chapter 388-296 WAC, Child care business regulations for family home child care. Proposed WAC 388-296-0310 and the proposed repeal of WAC 388-155-080 are being withdrawn. As a result of public comments, WAC 388-296-0310 is being revised and will be reproposed at a later date.

     *Note: The proposed repeal of WAC 388-155-080 has been withdrawn and this rule will remain in effect until the department files a supplemental rule-making notice related to the reproposal of WAC 388-296-0310.
