POLICY STATEMENT
Issuing Entity: Medical quality assurance commission.
Subject Matter: It is the intent of the commission to always authorize for investigation by the initial assessment panel cases involving sexual misconduct, patient abuse, death of a patient, and cases involving serious harm or risk of injury to members of the public.
Effective Date: July 14, 2006.
