] This memo serves as notice that the Washington state
board of health is withdrawing the CR-101 filed January 1,
2004, and published as WSR 04-15-148. The intent was to
develop criteria to use for determining whether to include
certain vaccine-preventable diseases in WAC 246-100-166. The
board appointed an advisory group that developed such
criteria, and the board has approved them. At some future
time, the board may consider adding an intent section into WAC 246-100-166 that reflects the criteria, but there are no
immediate plans to do so and this would be done only in
conjunction with other revisions. For this reason, the CR-101
published as WSR 04-15-148 is no longer needed. Individuals requiring information on this rule should
