WITHDRAWAL OF
PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY
The department of ecology withdraws WSR 05-19-149, CR-101 filing related to chapter 173-455 WAC.
The department has filed a replacement CR-101 to address the same scope of rule making which includes proposing a new chapter (chapter 173-455 WAC, Air quality fee rule) and moving fees from existing chapters to this new chapter. The department is filing this new CR-101 to clarify the existing chapters included in this rule making.
