Public NoticeFinal Multiyear PBT Chemical Action Plan Schedule
The department of ecology's solid waste and financial
assistance program is making available the final multiyear PBY
[PBT] chemical action plan (CAP) schedule, which was prepared
in accordance with the persistent bioaccumulative toxins (PBT)
regulation (WAC 173-333-410). The document identifies the
PBTs for which ecology will develop CAPs, a rationale for
ecology's selections, and the timeline for development through
2010. A copy of the document can be accessed at
http://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/eap/pbt/rule/.
Paper copies, which will be sent by regular mail, can be
