WITHDRAWAL OF
PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY
The department of ecology is withdrawing the CR-101 preproposal statement of inquiry filed on September 6, 2006, as WSR 06-18-101. Immediately following this withdrawal, ecology is filing a new preproposal statement of inquiry. This new filing clarifies the department's statutory authority for this rule making.
