Repeal Policy ES.B.1 - Payment of Final Wages and Deductions Upon Termination.

     WAC 296-126-025 was revised effective January 1, 2006, to specifically address deductions that may or may not be allowed from an employee's final paycheck.

Repeal Policy ES.B.2 - Administrative Policy ES.B.2 Deductions from Wages, Failure to Pay Wages, and Rebate of Wages, Penalties.

     WAC 296-126-028 was adopted effective January 1, 2006, to specifically address when deductions were permissible during an employee's on-going employment relationship with the employer. WAC 296-126-025 was revised effective January 1, 2006, to specifically address deductions that may or may not be allowed from an employee's final paycheck.

Repeal Policy ES.C.5 - Payment Interval.

     This policy is withdrawn because Payment Interval rules WAC 296-126-023, 296-131-010, and 296-128-035 were expanded for clarity and revised effective March 1, 2007. Policy ES.C.5 is no longer applicable or necessary for any of these three WAC rules.
