] Per RCW 1.08.112 (1)(g) this memo is to inform you that
the University of Washington received a petition for adoption,
amendment, or repeal of a state administrative rule from Mr.
Robert Haller on May 17, 2007, requesting a repeal of WAC 478-136-035 No smoking policy for university facilities. The
petition was denied by the University of Washington's board of
regents at their June 7, 2007, meeting and a written response
confirming that decision was sent to the petitioner from the
