] Pursuant to RCW 28B.10.528, the board of regents
delegated authority to Elson Floyd as president to act on
behalf of the board of regents in matters pertaining to the
management of Washington State University. In accordance with
RCW 42.56.580, I hereby designate Sally Savage as the
university's public records officer. In this capacity, Sally
Savage is the person to whom members of the public may direct
requests for disclosure of public records and who will oversee
the university's compliance with the public records
requirements of chapter 42.56 RCW and chapter 504-45 WAC.Elson S. Floyd, Ph.D.
