In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.
Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment 07-012.
Effective Date: September 1, 2007.
Document Description: The department of social and health services (DSHS), health and recovery services administration (HRSA), is updating the medicaid state plan through state plan amendment (SPA) 07-012. This update is to remove information regarding school-based health care services for special education students from "Rehabilitation" to "EPSDT" in Attachments 3.1-A, 3.1-B, and 4.19-B.
