The department of early learning (DEL) requests that the
code reviser's office decodify the department of social and
health services (DSHS) rules listed below and recodify them as
DEL rules under the chapters listed in TITLE 170 WAC. The
affected WAC chapters are the following:

DEL intends for the recodification to be effective
immediately.
