The hearing will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2008, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development, 906 Columbia Street S.W., 2nd Floor Conference Room, Olympia, WA 98504-8300.
Two typewritten copies of all oral testimony are requested. There will be a question and answer period. Written testimony will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., October 8, 2008.
