Subject of Possible Rule Making: Create chapter 392-124 WAC, Finance -- National guard youth challenge apportionment.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28A.150.310.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: These rules will outline the apportionment process for national guard youth challenge program, provide rules for determining eligibility, the methodology for applying for funding, and a set of definitions for terms used in the national guard youth challenge program.
Process for Developing New Rule: Early solicitation of public comments and recommendations respecting new, amended, or repealed rules, and consideration of the comments and recommendations in the course of drafting rules.
