] The chair of the board of regents, with the concurrence
of the board, has directed to provide notice of a change in
the start time of the meeting of the board of regents on
Thursday, September 17, 2009. The original notice of the
meeting said it would begin at 3:00 p.m. The revised start
time is 9:00 a.m. The revised meeting location is the UW Tower, board room,
22nd floor.
