     Following is the gambling commission's semi-annual rule development agenda for publication in the Washington state register pursuant to RCW 34.05.314. At present, we have five rules under development. There may be additional rule-making activity not on the agenda as conditions warrant.

Petition for rule change from Casey's Deadgame Service: Increasing the yearly gross gambling income threshold for punch board and pull-tab service businesses from $25,000 to $30,000. Texas Hold'em Work Group Proposal: This proposal would create an eighteen month pilot program to allow $100 wager limits for Texas Hold'em. Seventy-six card rooms would qualify to participate in the program; however, we anticipate only a few will.
