SEMI-ANNUAL RULE MAKING AGENDAJANUARY 1 - JUNE 30, 2011
Following is the department of corrections' semi-annual
rule development agenda for publication in the Washington
State Register pursuant to RCW 34.05.314. In compliance with
the governor's executive order, the department's rule making
will be limited to that which is critical to the agency's
mission. There may be additional rule-making activity not on the
agenda as conditions warrant.
