In accordance with RCW 34.05.230, following is a list of
policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of
social and health services (DSHS).
Division of Home and Community Services
Subject: State plan amendment (SPA) 12-015.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012.
Document Description: The ADSA of DSHS is submitting a medicaid SPA to increase the rate paid to contracted adult family homes and licensed boarding homes contracted to provide assisted living, enhanced adult residential care and adult residential care services. This increase compensates providers for increased training requirements included in the passage of Initiative 1163.
