The department is formally withdrawing its proposed rule,
chapter 16-29 WAC, Animal disease traceability. This proposal
was proposed in WSR 12-16-009 [12-16-099] on August 1, 2012.
Public hearings on the proposal were held on September 6 and
7, 2012. After reviewing the public comments on the proposal,
the department has decided to withdraw it.
