     In accordance with RCW 34.05.314, the office of financial management (OFM) submits this semi-annual agenda for rules under development. During the next six-month period, OFM will be engaged in the rule-making activities set forth below:


• WAC 82-50-021 will be updated to reflect the establishment of the semi-monthly pay dates for the 2014 calendar year. The CR-105 form will be filed in January and the CR-103P will be filed in April.
• WAC 357-16-110 will be reviewed and may be modified to clarify how veteran's preference applies to reemployment.
• As part of our ongoing review of TITLE 357 WAC, OFM may propose changes to the following:
