NOTICE
Document Title: Provider Notice #14-21.
Subject: Updates to the MSE and the prosthetics and orthotics fee schedules.
Effective for dates of service on and after April 1, 2014, Washington apple health (medicaid), administered by the health care authority (HCA), will:
•
Update the medical supplies and equipment (MSE) fee schedule with rate changes to HCPCS codes T4543 (adult disp brief/diap abv xl) and T4544 (adlt disp und/pull on abv xl).
•
Update the prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) fee schedule with rate changes to HCPCS code S1040 (cranial remolding orthosis).
