NOTICE
THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: WAC 388-148-0465 was replaced with WAC 388-148-1615 (foster care) and 388-145-1815 (group care) when children's administration division of licensed resources revised all of their WACs in January 2015. Therefore, WAC 388-148-0465 needs to be repealed to eliminate duplication.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: The proposal would eliminate duplication.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 74.15.030.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
